2015年成立，“大象设计·大庆师范学院·东北石油大学”高校联合设计团队，
教授5名，副教授7人，高级讲师15人以及专职设计师。

大庆市委书记赵铭，大庆市长韩立华曾亲临调研，并给予充分认可，
是政府重点支持的设计企业。
